化学杀菌剂对石榴枯萎病菌的室内抑制作用

摘　　要：试验研究了26种化学杀菌剂质量浓度为田间用量1/3时对石榴枯萎病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:万霉灵等12种化学杀菌剂在这一质量浓度下对石榴枯萎病菌的抑菌率大于95%。在此基础上选择6种杀菌剂,将浓度设为25或50,100,150,200μg/mL,测定其抑制率。结果表明质量浓度为50μg/mL时万霉灵、倍得丰、果病灵、枯萎必克对石榴枯萎病的抑制率均大于88%。<Abstrcat> The inhibition of 26 fungicides to the pathogen of pomegranate wilt was measured with the concentration of one third of field dosage in the laboratory. The results showed that 12 fungicides among them had as high an inhibiting effect as more than 95% on the pathogen. The inhibition of six fungicides at five different concentrations (25, 50, 100, 150 and 200 μg/mL) was measured. The results showed that four (Wanmeiling, Beidefeng, Guobinling, Kuweibike) of them had an inhibiting effect more than 88% at the concentration of 50　μg/mL.
