摘　　要：为准确了解大学生的体育意识和参与体育锻炼的现状,为学分制下更好地体现以人为本,以学生为主体,从学生的实际需要出发进行体育教学改革提供依据和参考,采用问卷调查等方法,对河南大学部分非体育专业学生体育意识、参与体育锻炼的现状进行了调查,并对调查结果进行分析。In order to understand university students' sports consciousness and participate in the current situation of physical training accurately, and then offer the basis for present reform in education of sports and consult . Adopt questionnaire investigation method , carry on the investigation to Henan university some non-sports speciality sports consciousness , current situation to participate in physical training of student, and analyse about the investigation result.
