摘　　要：介绍了白细胞介素-1(IL-1)作为炎症介质的作用,论述了运动训练对血液IL-1活性的影响以及对免疫细胞生成IL-1能力的影响,总结了运动训练后血液IL-1水平变化的规律,对完善运动免疫学的理论体系具有重要意义。The paper elucidates the function of interleukin-1 as a inflammatory medium, the influence of exercise training on the level of interleukin-1 and on immunocyte's productive ability of inerleukin-1, then summarizes the disciplinarian of the variation of the level of interleukin-1 after training. The result can help to perfect the theoretical system of exercise immunology.
