摘　　要：介绍了基于单片微机控制的自动送料机构的组成及工作原理。用单片微机控制步进电机实现自动送料功能,送料长度通过 BCD码拨盘设置。对送料过程实行等加速度控制,运动平稳无冲击。送料长度误差小于0.3mm。This paper introduces the composition and working principle of automatic feed mechanism based on single chip microcomputer.The stepmotor is controlled by the single chip computer to realize feed automatically,and the length of the feed can be preset by BCD dial. The acceleration of the movement for feed operation is kept constant,and the movement is smooth and no impact.The error of feed length is less than 0.3mm.
