摘　　要：对前处理半制品的常规检验项目,如毛效、白度、强力、纬斜、pH值和双氧水残留量;常规的前处理工艺,如R箱煮练+R箱漂白和条栅式蒸煮练漂;以及容易产生的质量问题作了简要分析。总结了前处理质量控制和管理的要点。This paper briefly introduces the common inspecting items of semi-product after pretreatment, such as the capillary effect, whiteness, strength, bias weft, pH value and peroxide hydrogen residue, as well as the common pretreating process of R box scouring pulsing B box bleaching. Problems arising in pretreatment are analyzed, key points in quality control and management are summarized.
