摘　　要：棉/Coolplus氨纶包芯弹力织物印染加工难度较大,确定工艺时必须兼顾各类纤维的特性。通过分析Coolplus纤维的性能、形态结构和吸湿排汗机理,根据Coolplus对印染加工的要求,设计了工艺路线,即选用低碱工艺进行前处理,低温型分散染料染Coolplus纤维,用吸湿排汗剂进行柔软整理。处理后的织物性能良好,弹性适中。The dyeing and finishing process of cotton/Coolplus/polyurethane core spun elastic fabric should take considerations of the characteristics of all fibers. This paper analyzes the properties, morphological structure, as well as the moisture absorbing and transporting mechanism of Coolplus fiber. According to the demands of Coolplus fiber on dyeing and finishing process, new routes are designed which adopting pretreatment with low alkali content, Coolplus dyed with low temperature disperse dyes, softening with moisture absorbing and transporting agent, the treated fabric possesses good performance and suitable elasticity.
