清毒退热散治疗流行性感冒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清毒退热散(Qingdutuirepowder)治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法将600例流行性感冒患者随机分为2组,治疗组480例服用清毒退热散,对照组120例服用银黄口服液。采用单盲法,观察2组治疗前、中、后体温等症状变化。结果治疗组总有效率98.95%,愈显率85.42%;对照组总有效率86.67%,愈显率41.67%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论清毒退热散对急性上呼吸道感染有明显的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinically curative effects of Qingdutuire powder on acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 600 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group 480 patients were treated with Qingdutuire powder.In control group 120 patients were treated with Yinhuang oral liquid. The changes in body temperature and other symptoms of patients were observed before and after treatment by single blind method. Results The clinical total effective rate of Qingdutuire powder was ~98.95% and its cure rate 85.42%, while those in control group were 86.67% and 41.67% respectively.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Qingdutuire powder showed significant effect in subsiding fever. Conclusion Qingdutuire powder has markedly effect for treating the acute upper respiratory tract infection. No adverse effect was found in the clinical trial.
