摘　　要：目的:探讨带拇背侧桡或尺侧皮神经营养血管蒂的岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的可行性及临床效果。方法:利用拇背侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损101例;同时将皮瓣内皮神经与受区内指神经行外膜吻合,重建受区感觉。结果:101例中,97例皮瓣完全成活,1例皮瓣完全坏死,3例皮瓣部分坏死;经吻合神经后,皮瓣能恢复部分感觉。结论:该皮神经皮瓣手术操作简单,皮瓣外形好,部分皮瓣能恢复感觉,是修复拇指软组织缺损的理想方法。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical result of repairing the thumb soft tissue defect with dorsal thumb neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap.Methods:101 cases of the thumb soft tissue defect were repaired by neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flaps and the receiving area's sense was reluilt by dovetailing the cutaneous nerve and digital nerve.Results:Among the 101 cases,97 successed,1 failed and 3 cases developed partial necrosis.The flaps with the nerves dovetailed acquired partial sense.Conclusion:Using neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap is easy to operate and the flap has a good appearance.Moreover,some of the flaps can recover partial sense.It is and ideal method to repair thumb soft tissue defect.
