齿轮齿根应力的分析

摘　　要：齿轮啮合时,齿根截面属危险截面。通过对齿根应力的分析,由应力和碰撞二个基本原理提出齿根部位的应力计算公式;根据冲击力和变形量的计算对齿根应力进行研究,改变了原有的经验公式计算方法,提高了数据的稳定性和正确性。<Abstrcat>When gears are meshed, the section of the root is usually the dangerous side. Based on the analysis of root stress, the calculating formula of stress on the root is derived from the two fundamentals of stress and collision. By calculating impulse and deformation quantity, the root stress is studied and the calculation method based on the original empirical formula is changed. Thus, the stability and validity of the data are advanced.
