摘  要:正确的筑炉方法是保证有芯工频感应熔铜炉开炉成功的基本前提。选用合理的捣打料,进行正确的粒度配合,并添加一定比例的红柱石、碳化硅是提高熔铜炉的烧结强度的有效措施。采用分层递降厚度的加料方式,打结层表面拉毛并取出细粉,有利于料层之间的粘接。采用中心环形辐射式向外逐圈打结的方法,二级密实的捣打工艺,并进行三段式烘炉启炉,有利于启炉成功和延长炉龄。Correct building method is the essential prerequisite to ensure the line-frequency cored induction furnace for copper melting to be successful.Selecting reasonable rammed materials,adopting correct grading fraction and adding andalusite to a certain proportion are effective measures for improving the sinter strength of copper melting fumace.Adopting the layer-by-layer charging method and scratching the surface of stamped layer are favorable for the bonding between each charge layers.It is valuable for successfully starting the furnace and prolonging the furnace life to adopt the circle by circle(from center to outside)stamping method,the two steps densely stamping process and the three steps baking furnace process.
