摘  要:为了解决光缆网络快速发展而维护力量薄弱这一矛盾,有必要建立光缆监测系统,以便通过对光缆线路的实时监测,及时发现和处理线路故障。文章在简要介绍光缆监测系统的基本原理及目前应用最为广泛的3种实时监测方式的基础上,重点阐述了北京电力公司自主开发的利用传输系统网管告警实现光缆实时监测的技术原理、设计思路、运行测试以及效益成果。这对同类产品的开发,具有一定的借鉴价值。For resolving the contradiction that optic networks develop very fast but the maintenance capability is weakness, it is necessary to set up optic cable real time monitoring system. The system can inspect real time circuitry, can find and deal with fault in time. This article briefly introduces the basic theory of fiber monitoring system and three kinds of current used real time monitoring methods. It also introduces the structure and network of Beijing Power Supply Company′s fiber monitoring system. This article discusses the applicable situation of real time monitoring methods by analyzing and comparing their specialties, especially introduces how to design and implement fiber real time monitoring integrated with the using of transmission system network management alarm function in Beijing Power Supply Company, and also the process of development, test and practice. It also describes the features and benefits of this system. This article is helpful for developing the similar systems.
