我国外汇储备规模适度性分析

摘　　要：1994年以来,由于我国经济快速增长和对外开放的力度加大,我国外汇储备持续迅猛增加。我国的外汇储备规模按照我国当前的情况肯定是超额储备。随着外汇储备的增加,超额外汇储备带来的负面效应日益明显,人民币升值压力越来越大。因此改变传统的外汇储备观念,建立适度外汇储备十分必要。Since 1994,because of our country's fast economic development and openness to the outside,the volume of foreign exchange reserve of our country has been increased dramatically.With the increase of our foreign exchange reserve,the non-positive effect caused by over volume of the foreign exchange reserve has been felt by us.Particularly,RMB is facing great pressure of appreciation.So We should change our traditional opinions on foreign exchange reserve and receive the opinion of reasonable volume of foreign exchange reserve.
