摘  要:目的探讨中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠前列腺增生的治疗效果及其对前列腺细胞bcl-2、bax、c-myc基因表达的影响。方法对尿生殖窦植入诱发的前列腺增生小鼠,分组观察中药方剂Ⅰ号组、生理盐水组、保列治组前列腺重量,应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测小鼠前列腺细胞bcl-2、bax、c-myc基因表达的变化。结果中药方剂I号组前列腺重量明显减轻,bcl2的表达显著降低,bax的表达显著升高(P均<0.05)。结论中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠良性前列腺增生有明显治疗作用,其作用机制可能是通过调节前列腺细胞相关基因,使前列腺细胞凋亡率升高,从而使前列腺体积缩小,重量减轻。Objective To make an inquiry into the effects of traditional Chinese medical presciption I on the expression of bcl-2,bax and c-ymc in mice prostate cells.Methods On experimental prostatic hyperplasia induced by implanting of the urogenital sinus in mice,examining the weight of the prostate of TCMH group,normal saline(NS) group and finasteride group.Furthermore,bcl-2,bax and c-ymc of mice prostate cells were examined by flow cytometry(FCM).Results The expressing of the bcl-2 gene and the c-myc gene were increased significant (P< 0.01) in the mice prostatecells of hyperplasia group.Treased by TCMH,the label rate and the expressing volume of the bcl-2 gene were decreasd significantly (P< 0.05).meamwhile,these two index of the bax gene were increased significantly (P< 0.05).Conclusion The TCMH has a significant therapeutic effects on experimental mice prostatic hyperplasia.The mechanisms may be that it accommodate the correlative genes of the prostate cells so that they could increase the apoptosis of the prostate cells and then the prostate of the mice decreased its the volume and weight.
