摘  要:本文研究了湿化学法制备氧化锆微粉过程中亚稳四方相(t-ZrO_2)的形成条件。证实了影响四方相含量的pH值效应;控制一定条件,可获得100%的四方相;四方相与单斜相(m-ZrO_2)间相转变的临界尺寸可大为提高。揭示了凝胶Zr(OH)_4热分解时首先形成t-ZrO_2的规律;指出过程中同时存在能量和结构两种因素,并用以解释四方与单斜相转变的可能机理。The form condition of metastable tetragonal phase in the wet-chemical preparation process of zirconia fine powders is studied. Effect of pH that influences the contents of t-ZrO_2 is confirmed. By controlling certain condition, 100% t-ZrO_2 can be obtained. The critical size of the phase transition between t-ZrO_2 and m-ZrO_2 is raisen greatly. It is found that when the gel of Zr(OH)_4 is heated, t-ZrO_2 formes first. Authors indicate that there are two different factors of energy and structure in the process, and explain the probable mechanism of the phase transition with them.
