膜法去除苏糖酸钙过饱和溶液中杂质的研究

摘　　要：采用无机膜分离设备对L-苏糖酸钙的过饱和溶液进行除杂中试,中试结果表明:使用无机膜设备全部去除了L-苏糖酸钙过饱和溶液中的固体杂质。膜滤出液清澈透明,进入后续的结晶工艺所得产品无任何黑色微粒。膜浓缩液中所含少量的L-苏糖酸钙晶体和固体杂质,通过离心分离等工艺,可以全部回收其中的L-苏糖酸钙,产品收率不变。Investigations of removing the impurity in the supersaturation solution of L-threonate Calcium with inorganic membrane were carried out,and the results indicated that the inorganic membrane equipment could completely remove the eyeable black impurity in the supersaturation solution of L-threonate Calcium, and the quality of the product has been improved obviously.
