摘　　要：本文探讨了证券市场投资者的心理和决策特征问题,归纳了10条投资者的心理特征,重点对投资者的理性决策理论、有限理性决策理论和期望理论及其应用进行了评述。The writer of this paper firstly analyzes the psychology and decisionmaking features of investors in stock markets.Then ten sorts of psychological characteristics of investors are summed up.And finally the investors' rational decisionmaking theory, finite rational decisionmaking theory, and prospect theory with its applications, which wined Nobel Prize, are emphatically reviewed.These results are supposed to provide some theoretic basis for solving the problem of investor's unrational behaviors.
