摘 要:通过室内饲养测定和田间调查,研究转双价基因棉中棉所45、中棉所41和转Bt基因杂交棉鲁棉研15对棉大卷叶螟的抗性。结果表明,3种转基因抗虫棉与对照中棉所23相比均表现出极显著抗性,其中中棉所45抗性与中棉所41相当,两者都略高于鲁棉研15。3种转基因抗虫棉对棉大卷叶螟第二代的抗性均高于第三代。The resistance of two transgenic double-gene(Bt+CpTI) cotton varieties (Zhongmiansuo 45 and Zhongmiansuo 41) and a transgenic Bt hybrid cotton variety (Lumianyan 15) to Sylepta derogata were identified by both determination in the laboratory and field investigation. The results showed that the three transgenic cotton varieties tested were more resistant to S. derogata than Zhongmiansuo 23 (non-transgenic cotton variety). The resistance of Zhongmiansuo 45 and Zhongmiansuo 41 were similar and were a little better than that of Lumianyan 15. The results also indicated that the resistance to the second generation of the pest was higher than that to the third generation.
