摘　　要：目的了解在现阶段农村经济政策和社会结构变化的影响下,农民的自感健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用入户问卷调查法,对山东省农村1406名16-80岁的农民进行了调查。结果农民的自感健康状况与身体状况相一致,且受心理健康、文化水平、婚姻状况、社会资本和社会支持的影响。建议加强农民的心理健康教育,提高农民的文化素质,鼓励农民参与社会活动。OBJECTIVE To analysis the factors influencing perceived health status of peasants based on the changed of rural economical policy and social framework.METHODS Household survey with questionnaires is major method, in this study 1 406 (16-80 year old) peasants were investigated in rural areas, shandong province.RESULTS The results showed that the perceived health status of peasants was related to their health condition, but the perceived health of peasant was affected by psychological health, culture, marriage, social capital and social support.SUGGESTIONS The suggestions should be put forward including strengthening education of peassants' psychological health, improving peasants' culture level, encouraging peasants to take part in social activity.
