摘　　要：目的研究老年患者在腹部术后应用肠外营养的安全措施。方法总结我科自2002年1月至2004年1月127例老年患者术后进行肠外营养的体会。结果全组患者均顺利完成肠外营养,未发生肠外营养相关的并发症。结论老年患者在腹部术后应用肠外营养是安全的。Objective To investigate the safety measures of postoperative parenteral nutrition in the aged.Methods From Jan. 2002 to Jan. 2004,127 aged cases administered postoperative parenteral nutrition are analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases could complete the parenteral nutrition.No parenteral nutrition related complication occurred except for a hyperglycemia case and a hypoglycemia case.Conclusion Safety measures include:(1)Reasonable transfusion amount and proper component of the nutrition solution.(2)Close monitoring.(3)Active treatment of occurrent diseases.
