摘　　要：目的探讨单椎体固定治疗腰椎弓峡部崩裂的方法及适应证。方法对12例腰5椎弓根崩裂患者行后路椎弓根螺钉钩棒系统单椎体固定植骨融合术。结果临床疗效按Henderson标准评价:优8例,良4例。结论应用椎弓根螺钉钩棒系统单椎体固定治疗腰椎弓峡部崩裂后固定、融合效果好,对腰椎活动度影响少,适用于L5椎弓根狭部崩裂或伴2度以内滑脱、慢性腰痛或神经根压迫者。Objective To investigate the methods and indications of treatment of spondylolisthesis with utilization of screw-hook-rod system in a single vertebrae.Methods A total of 12 patients with L_5 spondylolisthesis were included in this research.They underwent posterior pedicle screw-hook-rod system in a single vertebrae.Results The clinical results were evaluated with Henderson standard:8 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good.Conclusion Advantages of utilization of pedicle screw-hook-rod system in a single vertebrae to treat spondylolisthesis include good in the fusion rate and minor influences to lumbar activity.It is indicated for L_5 spondylolisthesis with/without slides(up to grade 2),accompanied with chronic back pain or radiculopathy.
