慢性心力衰竭患者血浆心房利钠肽水平的检测及其与发病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆中心房利钠肽(ANP)与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的关系。方法用竞争性放射免疫分析方法,分别检测41例CHF患者和50名健康对照者血浆中的ANP水平,并对其与CHF的关系进行评价。结果CHF组血浆中的ANP水平明显高于健康对照组(P=0.002);CHF组的各级(NYHA分级)间比较,血浆中ANP的水平差异显著:级与级比较:P=0.02,级与级比较:P=0.01。结论血浆ANP水平与CHF及其NYHA分级密切相关,检测血浆ANP水平对CHF的诊断、治疗和预后可能具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma level of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and the patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods The levels of plasma ANP were measured by radioimmunassay(RIA)in 41 patients with chronic congestive heart failure and 50 controls without CHF.Results The plasma levels of ANP in the CHF group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.002);There were also significant difference among different grade (classified by NYHA)in the plasma levels of ANP(grade Ⅱversus gradeⅢP=0.02,gradeⅢ versus gradeⅣ,P=0.01).Conclusion The plasma ANP level is related to CHF,and it can be a valuable marker in diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of CHF.
