摘　　要：阿德福韦酯是一口服开环核苷酸单膦酸酯的前药,口服吸收后迅速转变成具有抗病毒活性的阿德福韦。它是由吉利德科学公司开发的每日一次用于治疗乙肝的药物,本文报道阿德福韦酯的合成工艺,此改进方法具有操作条件简单、易控制、后处理方便。Adefovir dipivoxil is an oral prodrug of adefovir (an acyclic nucleodde monophosphonate ester analogue with antiviral activity),anderdevelopment by Gilead Sciences as a once-daily treatment for hepatitis-B infecdons.In this paper,the synthesis of adefovir dipivoxil were reported.Some modifications were made and the modified process had advantages of simpler operation,easy control,convenient post-treatment and high total yield.
