摘　　要：报告1例先天性胸腺发育不良。患儿女,1岁4个月。因全身反复起丘疹、水疱2个月,口腔溃疡1周,发热5d就诊。患儿起病前2周曾接种过水痘疫苗。实验室检查:抗弓形体IgM抗体阳性,CD4淋巴细胞计数(0.13～0.42)×109/L,抗人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体阴性,胸腺CT示胸腺发育不良。组织病理检查提示疱疹病毒感染,符合先天性胸腺发育不良的诊断。Here is reported a case of congenital thymic dysplasia. A 16-month-old girl presented with repeated papules and vesicles all over the body about 2 months, oral ulcer for 1 week, and fever for 5 days. Two weeks before the eruption she was inoculated with varicella vaccine. Laboratory studies showed positive of IgM antibody to Toxoplasma. CD4 count was (0.13～0.42)×109/L. Anti-HIV antibody was negative. CT revealed thymic dysplasia. Skin biopsy on the lesion showed the character of herpes virus infection.
