补肾活血颗粒剂系列方治疗继发性闭经50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血颗粒剂系列方治疗继发性闭经的疗效。方法:根据月经形成4个阶段(卵泡发育、排卵、黄体形成、黄体萎缩期)的不同,分别采用补肾一活血化瘀———补肾—活血调经剂系列方组成中药人工周期“基本方”治疗继发性闭经,并与西药组进行对比。结果:治疗组在总有效率及血清放射免疫测定指标与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:中药颗粒剂人工周期治疗继发性闭经疗效奸,无副作用。Obiective the clinical therapeutic effect of reinforcing the kidey activating blood circulation graules series presciption in 50 case secondary amennorrhea.HuiZhou center peoplehospitol(516001).TANCAIQUN. Observe To observe the clinical therapeutic effect ofreinforcing the kidey activating blood circulation graules series presciption in the secondary amennorrhea.Methods Accorting to the four stage inthe menstrual cycle,we adoptedthe basic presciption ofartificial cycle(oreinforcing the kidey activating blood circulationand resoving blood-stasia- oreinforcing the kidey activating blood circulationand and regulating menstruation)respectively.Which consist of Chinese medicine granule to treat secondary amenorrhea.In the control group,We treated by Westermedicine.Conclusion The curative effect of artificial menstrual cycle of Chinese medicine granules is better than that Wester medicine in secondary amenorrhea,and no side effectives.
