摘　　要：在调节三电平逆变器的输出电压时,通常采用的是脉宽调制方法。对常用的几种脉宽调制方法进行了较详细的分析,比较了各自的优缺点,其中着重指出了各种方法对直流回路电压的利用率、输出电压谐波的特点以及对中点电位的影响等,并给出了仿真结果。Pulse width modulation methods are frequently used in adjusting the output voltage of the three-level inverter. Firstly several PWM methods are elaborated. Then when compared with each other the utilization ratio of the DC-link voltage, characteristics of harmonics of the output voltage, and the effect of the neutral point voltage of the three-level inverter are analysed in detail. Finally simulation results are proposed to verify the comparison.
