摘 要:利用9种杀虫剂对豇豆和白菜上的甜菜夜蛾种群进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,结果表明,豇豆上的甜菜夜蛾种群对杀虫剂的敏感性较低,而白菜上的种群对杀虫剂的敏感性较高,其中对抑太保的敏感性是豇豆上种群敏感性的5.37倍,对除尽的敏感性是豇豆上种群敏感性的4.07倍,而对卡死克、毒死蜱、菜喜和米满的敏感性相差不大。两个甜菜夜蛾种群对锐劲特、高效氯氰菊酯和集琦虫螨克的敏感性均相当低,无法求出毒力回归方程。田间试验结果与室内毒力测定相吻合。The studies showed that populations of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) infecting different crops had different sensitivity for insecticides. The population collected from Chinese cabbage was more sensitive to insecticides than that from cowpea. The largest differences of sensitivity were observed for chlorfluazuron and chlorfenapyr, which were 5.37 and 4.07-fold. And the sensitivity differences for flufenoxuron, chlorpyrifos, spinosad and tebufenozide were not too much. The two populations were not sensitive to fipronil, beta-cypermethrin and abamectin and could not obtain the regression equations of toxicity. These results were also confirmed by field trials.
