摘　　要：针对我国当前对地方文献的收集在意识、规划、范围和方法等方面存在问题,提出了收集地方文献的措施,并就如何开发利用地方文献提出了建议。In the light of the problems of the collection of the local literatures existing in China currently in aspects of the consciousness, planning, scope, and method, etc., this paper puts forward some measures for collecting the local literatures, and advances some suggestions of developing and utilizing the local literatures.
