摘　　要：从思想观念、运行机制、人员素质和技术设备等方面分析了档案馆开展高层次信息服务存在的障碍,并提出了档案馆开展高层次信息服务的措施与对策,具体包括强化信息服务意识、增加信息存贮量、更新信息服务手段、提升档案馆人员的信息服务能力和沟通信息供需渠道等。This paper analyzes on the obstacles for providing high-level information service by the archives from aspects of the ideological conception, operational mechanism, personnel quality, and technical equipment, etc., and puts forward some measures for providing the high-level information service by the archives, which include strengthening the consciousness of the information service, increasing the information memory capacity, renew the means of information service, lift the information service ability of archives' personnel, and bridging the channels for the supply and demand of the information, etc.
