摘　　要：网络信息空间的无序已经威胁和破坏着人类的信息自由与网络安全。从网络信息、网络自身信息规范、信息技术以及信息政策等方面对网络信息控制的模式进行了探讨。The badly ordered network information has threatened the information freedom and network safety of the human being. This paper discusses on the modes of the network information controlling from the aspects of the network information, network information rules, information technology, and information policies and regulations, etc.
