活血化瘀法与心肌缺血预适应“第二窗口”保护的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究活血化瘀中药对心肌缺血再灌注(IR)损伤大鼠心肌的保护作用是否通过心肌缺血预适应(IP)保护机制而实现。方法建立IR心肌梗死动物模型,采用NBT染色、称重法检测心肌梗死范围,光镜观察病理心肌损伤程度。结果中药组、IP组与IR组心肌梗死范围、心肌损伤程度差异有显著性,中药组与IP组比较差异无显著性。结论活血化瘀中药和IP可以减少心肌梗死范围,减轻心肌损伤程度,且功效具有相近性;其保护作用可能为通过IP保护机制而实现。Objective:To study whether the protection function of the traditional Chinese drugs which with the action to Promote Blood Circulation to Dispel Blood Stasis to rats injuried by myocardial ischemia reperfusion (IR) is realized through my ocardial ischemia pre- adaptation (IP) mechanism.Methods:Built up the myocardia l infarction animal model of IR,then abopted NBT staining,weighed method,examine d myocardial infarction scope,observed pathology cardiac muscle injury degree in light mirror.Results:There was significant difference between the traditional C hinese drug group,the IP group and the IR group in the scope of myocardial infar ction and the degree of cardiac muscle injury.There was no significant differenc e between the traditional Chinese drug group and the IP group.Conclusion:The tra ditional Chinese drugs which with the action to Promote Blood Circulation to Dis pel Blood stasis and IP could reduce myocardial infarction scope,ease cardiac mu scle injury degree.And they have similar effect.The protection function of trad itional Chinese drugs is likely realized by IP protection mechanism.
