补肾活血与益气活血方药对脑缺血老龄大鼠白介素-6和转化生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑损伤病理及补肾活血与益气活血方药的防治机制,为其临床应用提供依据。方法观察补肾益元、活血通络之益元活血丹及益气活血通络之益气活血方对脑缺血老龄大鼠白介素-6(IL-6)和转化生长因子(TGF)水平的影响。结果与老龄假手术组比较,老龄模型组血清及脑组织IL-6水平明显升高,TGF水平显著降低;与老龄模型组对比,各灌药组脑组织IL-6水平降低,益气活血组与益元活血组血清IL-6水平降低、脑组织TGF水平升高。结论老龄大鼠急性脑缺血损伤可能与以下机制有关:(1)IL-6水平升高,加重脑组织缺血损伤;(2)TGF水平降低,减弱对脑组织保护作用。补肾活血和益气活血方药对急性脑缺血防护作用显著,其机制可能在于:抑制IL-6介导的脑组织损害作用;提高TGF水平,保护脑组织。两方药作用机制有所侧重,即益气活血方药降低脑组织IL-6,提高血清TGF水平;而益元活血方药降低血清IL-6、提高脑组织TGF水平较明显。Objective:To study the pathogenic mechanism of ischemic brain damage in aged rats and the prevention and cure mechanism of drugs for Tonifying Kidney and Pro moting Blood Circulation,for Increasing Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation,to pr ovide experiment's basis in the clinical application for durgs. Methods:Observed effect of durgs for Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation (Yiyuanhuo xuedan, ) and Increasing Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation (Yiqih uoxuefang,) in aged rats with cerebral ischemia on IL- 6 and TGF . Results:The serum and brain tissue contents of IL- 6 in the aged model group were elevated than those in the aged control one ,while ones of TGF were decreas ed.Compared with aged model group,brain tissue contents of IL- 6 were fewer in every drugs group,IL- 6 contents in serum fewer in the Yiyuanhuoxuedan group an d the Yiqihuoxuefang group,while TGF ones in brain tissue were more.conclusion:I schemic brain damage in aged rats may concerm with these mechanism:(1)The increa se of the IL- 6 contents added the brain damage.(2)The decrease of the TGF cont eats weakened the effect of brain protection.Durgs for Tonifying Kidney and Prom oting Blood Circulation,and for Increasing Qi and promoting Blood Circulation ha ve protective effects on cerebral ischemia.Its mechanism may be decreased IL- 6 contents and increased TGF ones.Especially Yiyuanhuoxuedan emphasis on decreasi ng the brain tissue contents of IL- 6 and increasing the serum TGF ones,Yiqihuo xuefang decreasing the serum IL- 6 contents and increasing the brain tissue one s of TGF.
