虎杖抗动脉粥样硬化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察虎杖及其有效成分提取物对兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型的血脂、主动脉和冠状动脉粥样病变程度以及对血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响,了解虎杖及其提取物在降脂和抗AS方面的作用。方法将家兔随机分为五组,对照组喂养正常饮食,余四组予以高脂饮食喂养18周,其中三组分别予以虎杖、虎杖提取物虎杖苷和大黄素进行干预治疗。结果(1)虎杖组实验后TC、LDL与高脂组比较有极显著差异,虎杖苷组TC与高脂组比较有显著差异;(2)虎杖组和大黄素组主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积与高脂组比较有显著差异;(3)虎杖对血管平滑肌细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用。结论虎杖原药的降脂、抑制AS形成和抑制血管平滑肌细胞的增殖的作用优于其有效成分提取物。Objective:To observe the effects of polygonum cuspidatum and cmodin on the le vels of cholestrol and on inhibiting atherosclerosis(AS) in the rabbits. Methods :30 rabbits were divided into 5 groups and the controlled group was on normal di et,the other groups were fed by high lipid diet and plus respectively poltdatin, emodin and Polygonum cuspidatum in 3 groups. Results:(1)The level of TC,LDL in t he plasma of the Polygonum cuspidatum group decreased,there was significant betw een the HL group and the HZ group;PD has the effect only on reducing TC,the diff erence between the HL group and the PD group was significant.(2)Polygonum cuspid atum could inhibit the formation of AS on aorta and coronary artery.There was si gnificant difference in atherosclerotic region between the HL group and the HZ g roup.Emodin has the same effects on aorta.The difference between the HL group an d the ED group was significant.(3)Polygonum cuspidatum could inhibit the prolife ration of vascular smooth muscle cells in aorta and coronary artery. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that polygonum cuspidatum has remarkable eff ects on reducing TC,LDL, inhibiting the formation of AS and the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.The effects is better than Polydatin and Emodin.
