The Effect of Fusu Decoction on Pathological Ultrastrcture of Brain Cortex of Dogs with Cardiac Arrest and Post-Resuscitation

摘  要:目的观察复苏饮对犬心脏停跳复苏后脑组织超微结构的影响。方法将健康犬随机分为假手术组、模型组和复苏饮组,后两组复制心脏骤停和复苏模型;观察各组循环建立时肾上腺素、阿托品用量及循环恢复时间;自主循环恢复180min后,电镜观察复苏犬大脑皮层脑组织超微结构。结果复苏饮组复苏所用肾上腺素、阿托品用量明显少于模型组,总复苏时间明显短于模型组,脑组织病理损害较模型组亦明显减轻。结论复苏饮能明显减少肾上腺素用量,减轻脑组织形态学损害,故有脑保护效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of Fusu Decoction on pathologi cal ultrastrcture of brain cortex of dogs with cardiac arrest and post- resusci tation. Method:15 hybrid dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups:the pseudo- o peration group,the model group and the Fusu Decoction group.5 animals in each gr oup.The cardiac arrest model was made by ventricular fibrillation with low volta ge alternating current for 4minutes. The doses of epinephrine and atropine,and t he time of resuscitation were observed in ROSC.After 180min,ultrastrcture of bra in cortex was examined umder electron microscope. Results:The doses of epinephri ne and atropine in the Fusu Decoction group were lower significantly than in the model group,the time were increased,the pathological changes of brain cortex in the model group was severer than in the Fusu Decoction group. Conclusion: The d oses of epinephrine were increased by Fusu Decoction. It could mitigate the ultr astrcture of cerebral ischemic impairment and could be beneficial for improvemen t of brain resuscitation
