摘  要:目的:探讨微量铝的测定方法。方法:共振光散射衰减法。结果:在pH值5.5,0.25mg/LDNA及40mg/L组蛋白条件下,扫描光谱显示最大光散射波长为332.8nm,铝离子浓度在0.54~4.86mg/L范围内,和光散射强度呈负相关,线性回归方程为Y=10.9-0.0189X,回归系数为0.998,回收率在92%~106%。结论:该方法灵敏、简便、快速,适合进行微量铝离子的测定。Objective:To explore a method for the examination of tittle aluminum.Methods:The light-scattering decreased method.Results:If pH was 5.5,DNA was 0.25 mg/L and histone was 40 mg/L, scan spectrum showed that the maxmal light-scattering wavelength was 332.8 nm.There was a liner relationship between the quantity of aluminum and the intensity of light-scattering.The linear range were 0.54~ 4.86 mg/L and the equation were Y=10.9-0.0189X, the recovery rates were in the range 92%~106%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,simple and quick, so it is reliable to measure the mount of aluminum.
