摘  要:目的:建立作业场所空气中氢化三联苯的采样和测定方法。方法:用石油醚或活性碳管采样,紫外分光光度计测定。对吸收液(解吸液),吸收波长,吸收管等进行优化。结果:方法的检出限为0.3μg/ml,当标准溶液浓度为1~20μg/ml时,相对标准偏差为5.0%~1.4%,相关系数为0.9999。测定范围为1~30μg/ml。活性碳管解吸效率为85%~92%。样品在采样管中能稳定7d。结论:通过现场数百份样品的测定验证,证明该方法准确,灵敏,简单,快速,适用于空气中氢化三联苯的定点和个体监测。测定的各项指标均符合“车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范”和劳动卫生检测的要求。Objective:To establish a method for sampling and determination of hydrogenated terphenyls in the air of work place.Methods:Hydrogenated terphenyls in the air was collected with petroleum ether or chorcoal turb and then determined by spectrophotometer.Results:The detectable limit was 0.3 μg/ml.When the concenteration of standard solution was 1~ 20 μg/ml,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.4%~5.0%.The desorption efficiency of charcoal turb was 85%~92%.The sample was stable for 7 days.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was accurate,fast and simple.It was suitable for the determination of hydrogenated terphenyls in the air of work place.
