摘  要:报道了无有机模板剂制备出15 nm的ZSM-5分子筛,并以其为晶种浸涂在多孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管外表面,再用先浓后稀的无有机模板剂的晶化液水热合成出ZSM-5分子筛膜的新方法.晶种和晶化液的物质的量组成为12Na2O:100SiO2:2A12O3:(2500~5000)H2O.XRD分析表明α-A12O3陶瓷管表面的膜层是ZSM-5沸石晶相,SEM结果显示合成的沸石膜层晶体相互交连,形成一层连续的多晶层,厚度约5μm.其对H2、N2和CO2的渗透率分别是0.894、0.327和0.314μmol·(m2·s·Pa)-1,H2/CO2和H2/N2的理想分离因子分别为2.84和2.73.A new method of preparing ZSM-5 zeolite membranes on the outer surface of porous alpha-Al2O3 tubular by coating 15 nm ZSM-5 seeds without organic templates and then by varying-density synthesis with organic-free template sol-gel was investigated. A template-free nanosized ZSM-5 seeds and synthesis sol-gel of molar composition is 12Na(2)O:100SiO(2):2Al(2)O(3):(2 500 similar to 5 000)H2O. XRD showed that the film was consisted of well-crystallized ZSM-5 zeolite. SEM investigation indicated that the zeolite films on the supports were defect free and the film thickness was approximately 5 mu m. The permeation flux of H-2, N-2 and CO2 0.894, 0.327 and 0.314 mu mol center dot(m(2)center dot s center dot Pa)(-1), respectively. The ideal selectivity of membrane for H-2/CO2, H-2/N-2 was 2.84,2.73, respectively.
