摘  要:本文报道了一种简单的室温下微波辅助合成羟基磷灰石(HAP)的新方法。与常规方法相比,该方法具有反应条件温和、反应时间极短的优点。合成中,以Ca(NO3)·24H2O和Na3PO·412H2O为原料,经过研磨和微波加热得到了HAP纳米粒子和纳米棒。用XRD、FTIR,BET和SEM等对产物进行了表征。在反应过程中,微波辐射作为一种加热处理手段对HAP的形成起到非常重要作用。同时,微波加热方式、钙磷比和结晶水对产物的形貌也有一定影响。A simple microwave-assisted solid-state reaction route has been developed to synthesize the hydroxyapatite (HAP) at room temperature but not at extreme reaction temperature as used in traditional synthesis of HAP. In the present method, Ca(NO3)(2)center dot 4H(2)O and Na(3)PO(4)center dot 12H(2)O were used as starting materials and the HAP nanoparticles or nanorods were achieved in very short reaction time if microwave heating was used. The products obtained were characterized by XRD,FTIR, BET and SEM. Results showed that microwave radiation as a successive treatment of solid-state reaction plays an important role in the formation of HAP. The microwave heating method, Ca/P ratio and crystal water of the reactants have also very important influences on the morphology of HAP.
