摘  要:目的:探讨运动训练大鼠一次力竭运动后补充一氧化氮生成前体左旋精氨酸对肌糖原恢复的影响。方法:实验于2003-04/09在上海体育学院运动人体科学系动物实验室完成,选择SD大鼠42只,随机分为6组,安静对照组、安静+一次力竭组、训练对照组、训练+一次力竭组、训练+一次力竭运动后恢复组、训练+一次力竭运动后补充左旋精氨酸恢复组,每组7只。各组大鼠均取右后腿腓肠肌红肌部分,检测肌糖原含量、一氧化氮含量及一氧化氮合酶活性。所有训练组大鼠采用BCPF-98型生物医学动物跑台进行9周的耐力训练。最后一次训练结束36h后,安静+一次力竭组、训练+一次力竭组、训练+一次力竭后恢复组及训练+一次力竭后补充左旋精氨酸恢复组进行一次力竭性运动(大鼠以15m/min的速度在动物跑台上进行跑步运动,每隔3min速度增加5m/min,当速度达到40m/min后,即维持直至力竭)。训练+一次力竭后补充左旋精氨酸恢复组大鼠力竭运动后休息30min,以左旋精氨酸500mg/kg体质量的剂量灌胃。结果:共纳入大鼠42只,训练过程中训练对照组有1只大鼠猝死,其余各组大鼠无缺失。①训练+一次力竭组大鼠运动至力竭时间长于安静+一次力竭组[(69.3±11.0),(40.7±16.9)min];力竭运动后肌糖原含量、骨骼肌总一氧化氮合酶活性和一氧化氮含量明显下降。②与未?AIM:To investigate the effect of the supplement of L Arginine,which is a nitr ic oxide precursor,on muscle glycogen recovery in rats under exercise training a fter an exhausted exercise. METHODS:The experiment was carried out in the animal laboratory of Department of Sports and Body Sciences,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education from April to September 2003.Forty two SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 7 rats in each group:resting control group,resting+an exhausted exercise group,tr aining control group,training+an exhausted exercise group,training+recovery af ter an exhausted exercise group,training +recovery and supplemented with L arg inine after an exhausted exercise group.The red muscles of gastrocnemius were ta ken in rats of all the groups to determine the contents of muscle glycogen and n itric oxide,and the activity of nitric oxide synthase.Rats in the training group s received a 9 week endurance training by using the BCPF 98 type biological me dical animal treadmill.The rats in the resting+an exhausted exercise group,trai ning+an exhausted exercise group,training+recovery after an exhausted exercise group,training+recovery and supplemented with L arginine after an exhausted ex ercise group were forced to an exhausted exercise(Rats were kept running on the treadmill with the speed of 15 m per minute,which was increased by 5 m per minut e every 3 minutes,it was kept at 40 m per minute until exhaustion.) 36 hours aft er the lasting training.Thirty minutes after exhaustion,gastric perfusion of L arginine(500 mg/kg body mass) was given to the rats in the training+recovery an d supplemented with L arginine after an exhausted exercise group.
