摘　　要：结合燕化公司MTBE装置扩能改造共沸蒸馏塔的工艺设计,介绍了JCPT塔板的工业应用情况。开车考核后的结果表明,该种塔板具有非常高的通量和较高的操作弹性,非常适用于装置老塔的扩能改造。According to process design of azeotropic distillation column of MTBE plant, Commercial application of JCPT tray is introduced. It’s proved that the tray has high capacity and operational flexibilit. It’s properly applicable to the technical innovation of old column of the plant.
