摘 要:以0.1mol·dm-3的盐酸为溶刘,采用荧光发光光度法,绘制了氧氟沙星及环内沙星的标准曲线,并对两种胶囊产品进行了药品含量的测定。此种方法灵敏度高,重视性好,且操作简便。对铕-环内沙星络合体系进行了荧光性质研究,并测定了pH值、Eu3+浓度等实验条件对体系荧光强度的影响。铕与环内沙星在高浓度比、近中性条件下能够稳定的络合。在激发波长为325nm时,在最佳条件下,铕的三个特征峰(分别位于578nm、590nm、615nm附近)能够被检测。而原有的环内沙星的峰邓减弱,一部分能量从环内沙星转移到Eu3+离子上。Using 0.1 mol/L HCl as impregnant,the determination of ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin by fluorescence spectrophotometry has been studied.The experiments indicate that the method is easy,rapid and sensitive.Then,the fluorescent characteristics of the complex system of Eu^3+ -CPFX have been studied,including the effect of Ph and the concentration of Eu^3+ solution. The rough result is that with high concentration ratio,Eu^3+ -CPFX complex system can exist steadily in near neutral medium.The excitation wavelength of the complex is at 325 nm.Under the optimized condition,it is found that the characteristic emission peaks of Eu^3+ at 578 nm、590 nm and 615 nm respectively emerge and the fluorescence intensity has been enhanced.Meanwhile,the fluorescence intensity of CPFX decreases.It can be concluded that a part of energy has been transferred from CPFX to Eu^3+ .
