摘　　要：按照区域发展的观点,许多人将东北视为中国经济的第四增长极。在振兴东北老工业基地的战略构想下,东北经济圈现在已经到了建立的最佳时期。加强东北三省的经济合作,优化资源配置,促进要素流动,密切产业分工与协作,形成既有竞争又有合作的关系,增强整体合力与实力,已经成为东北经济一体化、共建新型工业基地的必然选择。According to the viewpoint of region development,many people look on Northeast as the forth increasing pole in the economy of China.With the strategic concept of promoting Northeast old industry bases,it has been now the optimal period for the Northeast economic circle to be established.A series measnres can be taken to strengthen economic cooperation of the three Northeast provinces,optimize the disposal of resources,stimulate the circulation of integrant,strengthen the division of labor and cooperation in industry,ect.It has become a necessany choice build Northeast economy with econcomic integration and new industrial bases.
