摘 要:研究了气液传质用填料250Y、125X及其改型填料的流体力学性能,用最小二乘法回归了经验关联式。试验表明,250Y改型填料的干填料压降明显低于250Y,而125X改型填料的干填料压降基本上与125X的相同;同样,在相同气液负荷下,250Y改型填料的湿填料压降低于250Y,125X改型填料的湿填料压降基本上与125X的相同。250Y及其改型填料的泛点压降约为250~300Pa/m,125X及其改型填料的泛点压降约为150Pa/m,不同结构的孔板波纹填料,通过扩大板上开孔孔径,增加开孔率改型后的流体力学性能与原填料有所不同。The hydrodynamic performance of the gas-liquid mass transfer packings, 250Y, 125X and their modified types were investigated by using the least square regressed empirical correlation equation. The experimental result showed that for both of the pressure drops of dry packing and the pressure drops of wet packing at same gas/liquid load, the modified 250Y was obviously lowered than the original, but the modified 125X was almost as same as its original. The flooding point pressure drops of both 250Y and its modified type were about 250-300Pa/m, and for both 125X and its modified type were around 150Pa/m. The hydrodynamic performances of the modified packings with different structure, through enlarging the diameter of the holes or increasing the holes, were different from the original packings.
