摘 要:为了提高蒸馏塔板的分离性能,在综合了国内外新型固阀和浮阀塔板优良性能的基础上开发了一种固阀与浮阀相集成的高效自适应塔板(HAVTH)。采用空气水氧气体系,在直径为600mm的塔内,研究了HAVTH塔板的流体力学和传质性能,并与F1浮阀塔板进行了对比试验。结果表明:HAVTH塔板与F1浮阀塔板相比,具有操作弹性大、压降低、雾沫夹带和泄漏小、传质效率高等优点。A new high efficient self-adapting valve tray (HAV TH),integrated the high performance of fixed trays and valve trays,was developed. The hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the HAV TH trays and F1 valve trays were studied with an air-water-oxygen system by using a Φ600 mm stainless steel column. The experimental results showed that as compared with F1 valve trays,the HAV TH trays offered better operation flexibility,lower pressure drop,higher mass transfer efficiency,less entrainment and loss.
