摘　　要：针对国产机车使用的踏面式制动器所带来的检修工作复杂化的问题,为了提高修后质量,利用液压原理和计算机、工业控制器技术,设计制作了一套单元制动器微机试验台,从而实现单元制动器的自动化检测,提高检修效率和配件质量。There are two major problems in fixing the tread slipper used i n the homemade locomotive. One is the complexity of repairing process, the other is about how to improve the fixing quality. In order to settle them, a set of t he computer-based is made to check brake unit, which is designed by use of the t heory of hydraulic pressure and technics of computer and industrial controller. That technic will improve the efficiency of fixing process and the quality of f ittings by auto-checking the brake unit on the test-bed.
