军曹鱼幼鱼对赖氨酸需要量的初步研究

摘　　要：选择体重为(14.7±0.3)g的军曹鱼(Rachycentroncanadum)幼鱼,平均分成5组,分别饲喂含赖氨酸为2.30%、2.53%、2.76%、2.99%和3.22%的等氮等能精制饲料。以增重率为指标,一元二次回归分析表明,军曹鱼对饲料中赖氨酸的适宜需要量为6.06g·(100gCP)-1。通过鱼体的必需氨基酸模式推算出其它必需氨基酸需要量,分别是:精氨酸4.97g·(100gCP)-1;色氨酸0.83g·(100gCP)-1;亮氨酸5.49g·(100gCP)-1;异亮氨酸3.12g·(100gCP)-1;蛋氨酸+胱氨酸2.66g·(100gCP)-1;苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸5.22g·(100gCP)-1;丝氨酸2.96g·(100gCP)-1;苏氨酸3.26g·(100gCP)-1;纈氨酸3.26g·(100gCP)-1。Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic purified diets with different levels of lysine(2.30%,2.53%,2.76%,2.99% and 3.22%) were fed to juvenile cobia (Rachycentron canadum)(body weight 14.7 g±0.3 g) to test lysine requirement of the species. The results showed that the optimal requirement for lysine of cobia was 6.06 g·(100 gCP)~ -1, and requirement for other amino acids were calculated by amino acid mode of the fish body to be: arginine 4.97 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;tryptophan 0.83 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;leucine 5.49 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;isoleucine 3.12 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;methionine+cystine 2.66 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;phenylalanine+tyrosine 5.22 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;serine 2.96 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;threonine 3.26 g·(100 gCP)~ -1;valine 3.26 g·(100 gCP)~ -1.
