摘  要:用正交优化实验对磺化醛酮缩聚物的合成工艺进行了最佳配比的优化选择实验,确定出了最佳合成条件,研制出了磺化醛酮缩聚物作为油井水泥分散剂SDJZ-1,并对其进行了系统评价。评价结果表明,磺化醛酮缩聚物对水泥浆的流变性能具有较强的调控能力,分散效果显著,磺化醛酮缩聚物固相加量为0.4%-0.8%时,水泥浆的初始稠度低,流性指数可由原浆的0.3升高到0.8,甚至达到1.0;具有良好的抗温性、抗盐性,与降失水剂、缓凝剂等有良好的相容性。现场应用表明,水泥浆流动性能良好,流性指数根据需要可以调节;稠化性能稳定,高温下没有闪凝现象;体系沉降稳定性能良好;同时水泥浆抗压强度发展迅速,高温条件下水泥石性能稳定,符合深井固井的要求。In the paper, orthogonal test was conducted to optimize the synthetic condition of the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensates, then a dispersant SDJZ-1 for cement slurry was developed. Performance evaluation was also carried out in lab. Results showed that; 1) sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensates has excellent rheological behavior control ability which can increase the flow behavior index from 0. 3 to 0. 8, even to 1. 0, with dose of 0. 4%-0. 8% by weight of the cement; 2) the dispersant possesses good capacity of thermos-resistant and salt resistant; 3) the dispersant has an excellent compatibility with the oil cement retarder, fluid loss control agent and other cement additives.Field using verified its advantages. The slurry property was stable, the thickening property is good with no 'flush thickening' at high temper ature, the compressive strength developed rapidly, and the set slurry remained stable at high temperature. This dispersant help cement slurries meet requirements of deep cementing.
