摘 要:对于低压低渗气藏,能否减少外来液体侵入储层、加快压裂液返排、提高返排率.将直接影响压后的单井产量。针对鄂北塔巴庙地区上古生界气藏特征.对N2增能水基压裂液进行了大量的室内研究,以尽可能降低由于压裂液侵入储气层而造成的伤害。现场实施表明,优质低伤害N2增能压裂液体系具有起泡、稳泡能力强,流变性能、携砂能力好,低滤失,破胶快。低伤害等特点;该压裂液体系能较好地满足压裂工艺要求及储层的物性条件,提高了压后压裂液返排率,取得显著单井增产效果,从压裂液的返排看,各井均提高了自喷量,缩短了排液周期,且返捧的压裂液破胶液粘度小于3mPa·s,压裂液平均返排率由原来的60%提高到83%以上,达到了少进液、快返排、低伤害的设计要求。For fracturing job in low-pressure and tight gas reservoir, it is vital to reduce invasion by fluids and improve fluid flowing back, which directly affect the individual-well producing rate. Based on-the characteristics of upper Paleozoic erathom in Tabamiao area, a N2 energized aqueous fracturing fluid was studied to reduce the damage to gas -bearing formation caused by fracturing fluid. Field using verified advantages such as stronger foaming and foam stabilizing ability, good rheological property and proppant carrying capacity, low fluid loss, fast gel breaking and low damage to reservoir. This fluid satisfied the requirements of fracturing engineering in the low pressure and tight gas reservoir, the back flow was improved, the individual well stimulation is distinct, flowing production of all wells stimulated were increased, and the flow back period was shortened. The viscosity of the broken fluid was less than 3 mPa·s, and the average flow back rate was increased from the original 60% to 83%. The target of less injection, fast flow back and low damage was realized successfully.
