摘  要:江苏油田Z1区块整体属低孔低渗特细喉储层,J(?)S2储层敏感性特征为弱一中等盐敏、强水敏、中等一强酸敏、中偏弱速敏和中等偏强水锁。进行了保护油层的完井液研究,提出了减少损害的预防措施,即采用高抑制性的低表面张力型的完井液,结合使用复合广谱型暂堵剂,有效地封堵非均质储层。确定采用聚合醇-甲酸盐复合广谱暂堵型完井液。现场7口井的应用表明,该钻井液完井液体系及储层保护技术满足了Z1区块深井的需要,储层井段表皮系数在-2.78-0.90之间,证明储层得到了较好的保护。Zl block in Jiangsu oilfield is a reservoir of low porosity and low permeability, and the J1S2 formation exhibits weak to medium salt sensitivity, strong water sensitivity, medium to strong acid sensitivity, medium but slightly weak velocity sensitivity and medium but slightly strong water shut off sensitivity. Research on reservoir protecting completion fluid was carried out, and prevention measures were put forward as well. The polyalcohol-formate drilling fluid with low surface tension was determined to drill in the productive formation, at the same time,compound wide application temporary plugging agent was used to effectively seal heterogeneous reservoir. Application of this fluid in 7 wells indicated that this drilling/ completion fluid and the associated reservoir protecting technology satisfied requirements of deep drilling in Zl block. The skin factor of-2. 78-0. 90 verified its effective protection for productive formations.
