摘 要:巴48-31井是二连油田低压区块上的一口开发井,目的层段压力系数在0.3-0.4之间,钻井过程中在油层段的1225-1227m及井深1305m处发生2次漏失,发生井漏时钻井液密度仅为1.13g/cm3;同时存在着油水外侵。在井温低、水泥用量小的情况下,决定采用防漏堵漏低密度水泥浆体系固井。该水泥浆体系在降低水泥浆密度的同时,通过在水泥浆中加入弹性防漏堵漏材料,以达到防止漏失的目的。现场应用表明,该防漏堵漏低密度水泥浆能够满足二连油田产层压力系数在0.3-0.4之间的低温易漏井固井的要求;施工顺利,未发现漏失情况;24h后声幅测井,固井质量为优质。Ba48-31 well is a development well located in low pressured block of Erlian oilfield, and the pressure factor of the interval of interest is 0. 3-0. 4. Companying with oil/water breakthrough, two lost circulation occurred in depth of 1225-1227 m and 1305 m, when the drilling fluid density was only 1. 13 g/ cm3. A low density lost circulation control cement slurry was determined to use in cementing job. At the same time/to reduce the slurry density, elastic lost circulation material was added into the slurry to prevent slurry leaking. In-situ using directed this slurry fulfilled requirements of cementing productive formation in Erlian oilfield. No problems such as lost circulation happened. Acoustic amplitude logging result showed that the cementing quality was of excellence.
