高效液相色谱法测定小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法,以控制其质量。方法:采用DiamonsilTMC18(250mm×4.6mm)柱;流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(5∶95);检测波长206nm;柱温(40±1)℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样浓度为0.0326～0.1630mg·ml-1时线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=0.42%(n=6)。结论:此方法适用于小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定,并测定了3批小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoerhuatanzhike Granules.Methods:Using C_(18) Column;Mobile phase of Acetonitrile-0.2%Phosphoric Acid95:95), the detection wavelength was 206 nm, and the column temperature was 40℃.Results:The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was from 0.0326～0.1630 mg/ml and correlation coefficient was 0.999 6.The average recovery of sample was 100.40%(n=6 RSD=0.42%).Conclusion:The method can be used for content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiao'erhuatanzhike Granules and detected three batches.
